Pre-June 23rd 2016 text, as follows:

And did those feet in ancient time,
Walk upon England's mountains green:
And was the holy Lamb of God,
On England's pleasant pastures seen!

(Scissors beats Paper)

On the 23rd June 2016, 17.4 million people voted for Britain to leave the corrupt, sclerotic, imploding EU because they wanted their Sovereignty back and although German Chancellor, Angela Merkel (probably because they are rapidly going broke) said ‘If you change your mind, then there is always a place for you at the top table’, the peasants had well and truly spoken. So now even Merkel's own people are increasingly coming over to our side of the fence (figuratively speaking of course).

Meanwhile David Cameron, formerly the leader of an out-of-touch sneering elite and who despite saying ‘Brits don’t quit’ promptly stood down as Prime Minister and Theresa May (not one to thwart the will of the people) took his place and now runs a cabinet dominated by ministers who all backed ‘Remain?’ However, to her credit Prime Minister May said: ‘Brexit means Brexit’ and that there will be no second referendum, nor attempts to sort of stay in the EU by the back door and that her cabinet will deliver on this. We (the ‘Peasants’), will of course hold her to those words at the next election.

So until then, lets peruse a hard Brexit, one that will give Britain back her entrepreneurial and creative spark, especially in those all important tiger markets and the rest of the world. Fear not change my friend, nor the ‘Remoaners’ (led by washed-up party leaders Clegg and Miliband), but instead let's unite as a country and set sail on this new sea of discovery and take comfort in the historical fact that ‘Scissors always beats Paper’.
